The upper folks… who are they?
two men, one holding the mast of an antenna, the other tuning a radio (seated)
Two guys inside the truck, seated is Pierre Williams, I think

June 24, 1989, I’m thinking this is the David Sarnoff Radio Club Field Day, using the old RCA Labs van as an antenna stabilizer and also emergency shack. -Charlie
(EDIT, this seems to be RCA Astro’s Field Day event… with several Sarnoff folks helping out)
